What you’ll do
- Inspect and diagnose diesel coaches and support vehicles.
- Repair engines, electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems.
- Complete preventive maintenance, safety checks, and service calls.
- Keep work compliant with company and Department of Transportation standards.
What you’ll need
- Three to five years of heavy-diesel, fleet, or heavy-equipment experience.
- A high school diploma or GED and your own basic tools.
- Ability to read schematics, solve repair problems, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
- Ability to earn a Class B CDL with passenger and air-brake endorsements within 60 days.
